Pretty & Punk may change this policy at any time in the suppliers or users’ best interest, and conforming with the GDPR regulations. It is the suppliers or user’s duty to check for these changes to ensure they are happy with them. This policy is effective as of January 2020.

· Contact information such as; email address, telephone numbers and billing/business addresses
· Card details for one off and reoccurring payments for services
Pretty & Punk will never release this information to a third party, however third-party companies are used to take payments and to send confirmation of such payments via your provided email address. We do our best to assure that the third parties used within our platform hold similar privacy policies. Pretty & Punk can take no responsibility for personal information that may be unlawfully used by third party companies. For the suppliers and users’ best interest, Pretty & Punk recommends checking privacy policies on any third-party website where personal information may be collected.
Personal details will not be used publicly, however Pretty & Punk reserves the right to use basic information, which does not include a client’s payment details, to;
· Provide a better, personalised service to suppliers and users’
· Keep internal records and data collection
· Improvements of the Pretty & Punk services
· Better understand the suppliers and users’ needs
Private information used in this way will be kept secure at all times and will only be used anonymously.
Pretty & Punk will not sell, distribute or lease any personal information to third parties unless permission is given or it is a requirement of law. Pretty & Punk may use personal information to send promotional information about third parties if it is appropriate to do so. Suppliers and users should inform Pretty & Punk If they would like to opt out of this.
Cookies may be used by prettyandpunk.co.uk. Additional cookies may also be added in future, and if so, the policy will be updated. Cookies are used in supplier admin systems and suppliers and users will be informed of this beforehand. For detailed information about cookies, please contact Pretty & Punk directly.
Should a supplier or user wish to edit or delete any information given to Pretty & Punk, they can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Pretty & Punk may archive any previous contact details for reference purposes for up to 10 years, unless told otherwise. Information will b e deleted and removed permanently if asked for by the supplier or user.
Suppliers and users can choose to opt out of any future communications should they wish to do so. They can do this by contacting Pretty & Punk by email.
Pretty & Punk will never ask suppliers or users to provide credit card or bank details via email, text message, or any other unsecured website which doesn’t provide a secure domain (HTTPS://). The online payment system within the Pretty & Punk platform is provided by Stripe.com which is a secured service and has been legally checked and corresponds to UK regulations. Pretty & Punk cannot take responsibility for any problems a supplier or user may occur during use of stripe.com or any other third-party company, these problems should be taken up with said company.
Any personal information used on a published listing will be used with permission from the supplier or user. The client or user will provide personal information to be used on their listings/profile. If any personal information has been added without the permission of the supplier or user, and has been misused, Pretty & Punk cannot be held responsible. Contact details provided by suppliers and users on the platform should not be personal contact details, but that of their business or company. Pretty & Punk recognise that in some cases business and personal details may be the same. Public company email addresses can be provided if required.
